Led by Conservative County Councillors, Hertfordshire County Council this week agreed to implement a lorry ban of over 7.5 tons from the Radwell Services roundabout to Clothall Road and Throcking Road to Warren Lane in Cottered.

This should help considerably in reducing the queues of traffic in Baldock and the damage and disruption caused by heavy vehicles through Cottered.  It should also reduce the amount of traffic travelling from west to east through all our constituency.  Residents of Baldock, Cottered and Buntingford and associated villages should all benefit from this.
