North East Herts Conservatives were sorry to hear of the death of Ian Stewart, Lord Stewarby, who was MP in the previous North Herts constituency for 18 years.  He held various ministerial roles before entering the House of Lords and our MP Sir Oliver Heald followed him into Parliament.  We send our condolences to all his family and friends.
