Today, Sir Oliver Heald swore the Oath of Allegiance to King Charles in the House of Commons.

Commenting, Sir Oliver said:

After the period of mourning it is good that the House of Commons is getting back to work and I was delighted to swear the Oath of Allegiance to King Charles today. This is an ancient and important acknowledgement of the Accession and I wish our new King well in his duties.
